Doris Brown, ABWA 2010 American Business Woman, was recruited to Avue Technologies to help the company make deeper inroads in the federal sector, forge relationships and acquire new affiliates, and to promote Avue Digital Services as a viable tool for job search and workforce management. Avue Technologies is the recognized market leader and technology innovator in public sector management platforms, providing the public sector with integrated technology and service solutions that increase enterprise-wide visibility and management effectiveness, workforce productivity, and manager and worker satisfaction. Doris is responsible for client/customer satisfaction and developing presentations on career successes, changing careers, interviewing skills, and other specialized topics. She also serves as principal trainer for new clients, training on the use of the company’s service and technology platform in managing their workforce management programs and delivering human resources services. She received Penny Awards, the Chairman’s highest awards given in the company, in 2007 and 2008, for individuals who strongly contributed to the achievement of company goals and objectives.
