Serving as a paradigm of excellence for all ABWA groups, an ABWA chapter or Express Network® that has demonstrated Best Practices has obtained the highest level of achievement. To honor these teams for their outstanding efforts, the Association created a special level of recognition.

Teams demonstrating Best Practices are recognized at the annual National Women's Leadership Conference. Additionally, they receive the official ABWA Seal of Approval in recognition of Best Practices in Group Management.
