Learn More About WIN
ABWA is proud to announce The Women’s Instructional Network (WIN) – an exciting new sophisticated, interactive online learning and communications tool designed exclusively for ABWA members. ABWA is the first association to offer this unique opportunity.

WIN will enhance your professional and personal skills, and turn your organization into a more successful high-performance team. It will provide you with the skills necessary to:

• develop a clear purpose for your team
• increase productivity
• effectively manage teams
• make timely team decisions
• build a collaborative team environment.

Through WIN, you also will stay current with Chapter/Network and national news, connect with a WIN professional mentor, and earn Professional Development Unit credits (PDUs).

WIN integrates tried-and-true learning techniques with sophisticated educational tools. The graphic design, animation and video will keep you engaged as you learn new tools that will help you achieve success.

WIN is a self-paced program, giving you total control over your learning speed. You can learn the entire system, or focus on areas that are more relevant to your particular situation.

“Team Tools” will be offered in Phase I of WIN when it launches in April of this year. The Team Tools Collection is being used by some of America’s largest and most successful companies for training and continuing education of their employees. Now you will have the same access through ABWA.

Knowledge Objects
In addition to the 15 Team Tools learning modules, there are countless streams of information available on WIN for your ongoing learning. They’re called “Knowledge Objects”, and they’re made up of briefs and videos that are posted by teaching mentors as well as fellow subscribers. Knowledge Objects are being added and updated every day, and they’re stored for easy search access by the topic you wish to explore. It’s an ever-growing source of current information available to you for self-improvement, to manage your teams or even manage your business!

Stay In Touch
WIN can also be used to get all your latest Chapter information. Chapter newsletters can be posted and accessed by members only using a unique password. And, the message board can be used to communicate with other members by posting comments, announcements or feedback. It’s a simple, efficient way to stay in touch and stay involved.

WIN Phase I offers “TEAM TOOLS”
Consisting of these 15 highly interactive modules

“Team Tools Interactive enables us to achieve all our training goals without scheduling overtime or hiring new folks. It’s available 24 hours, seven days a week, so that people can control the training. It does not require us to schedule training or a trainer, and the employees really do opportunistically take advantage of that.”
