Program: Do you have the skills to maintain or advance your career now and in the future? Do you agree that no matter what age, it is important to invest in yourself? As the world of work rapidly shifts, it is important to be aware of the skills employers expect you to have now and in the future. Career Guide, Karen Cottengim will be sharing the top 10 skills needed to remain relevant in the workplace. Karen trains people at all career stages to find fulfilling opportunities including launching a career, re-employment, career changes, and entrepreneurship. Prior to launching her company, Karen worked for more than a decade as a Senior Consultant for the world's largest career transition firm and held Human Resources leadership roles. She earned a BS in Human Development from Kansas State University, a MA in Human Resources from Webster University and is a graduate of the Kauffman FastTrac Program.
