Program: Menu = Baked Tilapia - topped with Mango Salsa, served with a Wild Rice Blend and Chef Le's Fresh Vegetable Medley. Served with salad and dressing, rolls and butter, and cookies for dessert.
Our speaker for the evening will be Dr. Vickers-Douglas from the Healthy Living Program talking about "Learning the language of motivation and change"
Dr. Vickers-Douglas is a Psychologist with specific expertise in lifestyle behavior change and wellness coaching. She developed the Mayo Clinic wellness coaching model used by clinicians and coaches both within and outside of Mayo. She is an inspirational speaker and will involve you and your colleagues in a dialogue rather than a lecture. She'll address the lifestyle issues our Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program covers nutrition, physical activity, and resiliency but with a specific focus on women's issues and on the keys to successful behavior change.

6:30-6:45 - Commute time downtown to the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center
6:45-7:15 - Dr. Kirstin Vickers-Douglas session on the importance of lifestyle to health and wellness and keys to successful behavior change
7:15-7:45 - Walking tour of the Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program (4th, 5th, 6th and 7th floors)
7:45-8:00 - Wrap-up, Q&A, adjourn (7th floor lounge)
