Program: How do you fall in love with work when you have demanding bosses, conflicts with co-workers, unmanageable workload, fears of losing your job, lack of communication? Leonard will take you through the three steps of Core-Mance (Love-Mance, Self-Mance and People- Mance). These steps will help you define your core values, build strong relationships, increase your productivity in the work place and inspire you to not only develop yourself but others that cross your path, to live purpose filled lives at work, home and in your communities.
Leonard Bundy Sr. is a Senior Document Service Lead in the Operations Department at GuideOne Insurance Company. He has been with GuideOne for five years. As a motivational speaker, he truly loves helping people understand that their Core-Values can inspire people to be a light to others.
When not in the office Leonard enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Leonard and his wife Marla are raising 4 children, ages 9 ? 18 and live in Des Moines. He is actively involved in his children?s sports and musical events as well as volunteering with the youth ministry at his church. Leonard currently holds the office of President for the GuideOne Insurance Toastmasters Group.
