League Vision Statement

The Wind Song Charter Chapter vision is to promote personal and professional growth through education, scholarships, mentoring, networking, fun activities and relationship building for the enrichment of its members and community.

Scholarship Opportunities

Wind Song Chapter is currently offering members partial funds to help with tuition for growth in business skills or professional goals. We will be accepting application March and April. We have sent applications to Saddleback College, Orange Coast College and Golden West College counselors (all Community Colleges in our area) Any women committed to completing their AA and/or continuing to completing higher degrees, please contact Susan McCormick swmcc714@aol.com or Marlene Keys marlene.keys@hotmail.com We offer opportunities for scholarships through "Pathways to Independence" participants.

The Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund (SBMEF) is the national scholarship trust of ABWA. Its objective is to help members and other women achieve their business and/or professional goals through education. Wind Song Charter Chapter makes yearly contributions to this fund. The programs available through SBMEF include: Business Skills Tuition Reimbursement Program, Outright Grants Program, National Scholarships, Chapter Special Scholarship Program. In addition, Wind Song Charter Chapter gives partial limited scholarships to it's members for attending current ABWA regional and national conferences.
