Biggest Challenge

Confidence has been one of my biggest challenges throughout my career. It is something that I continually have to practice. What I have learned is that people are drawn to, follow, are inspired by, and want to do business with people who are confident in themselves.

Secret to My Success

For those women and men like me, my advice is to remember that fear and faith cannot coexist. If you believe in your purpose whether it’s in life or business, you have no reason to fear failure. And, the more you believe in that purpose, the more you will exude confidence! Have faith and confidence that you are serving the right purpose, and leave worries to a higher power.

I believe the secret to success is to substitute your name with that of “love” in 1 Corinthians 13:4-7. I will have been successful if you can say at the end of my days: “Lorie was patient, kind, was not proud or rude, was not easily angered. Lorie kept no record of wrongs and rejoiced in truth. Lorie always protects, always trusts, always hopes, Lorie always persevered.” I stumble far too often, but that is what I strive for and, if that can be said of me, then I will have succeeded in my life.
