Roxanne Hellickson
Roxanne believes that customer service is a top priority for her clients as Sr. Loan Officer/Retirement Mortgage Specialist for Fairway Mortgage. She has assisted thousands of clients with their financial needs during her 45 years in the financial industry, and has experienced many different market climates. Roxanne was born and raised in Spring Valley and has recently moved to Pine Island. She married her high school sweetheart, Brent, and they have celebrated 49 years together. They have 3 adult children and 6 grandchildren. They also have a 1.5 yr old King Charles Cavalier dog named Beau, along with a grand dog, Ayko. In 1998 Roxanne graduated from the Graduate School of Banking in Fairfield, CT. She has held corporate titles throughout her career and has served on several Boards. She holds a special spot in her heart for helping those with disabilities. Roxanne also joined the Park Lane Jewelry family this year. In her spare time, Roxanne loves spending time with family and friends, along with Beau. She also enjoys spending time at their Lake home, Hellickson Hideaway, in Deerwood, MN. Roxanne’s word for 2024 is “Making a Difference!”

Renee Erlandson
Renee has always been interested in real estate and as a Realtor GRI she enjoys meeting people and working hard for her clients at Elcor Realty. Renee lived in Rapid City and Sioux Falls, SD., met Tim and they have been married 31 years. They moved to Rochester in 1995, drew and built their home, and landscaped their 2 ½ acres. Renee graduated from South Dakota State University with a BA in Commercial Economics, Minors in Computer Science and Spanish. This year she was chosen to be on three MN state level real estate committees and to be a University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardener Volunteer Program Intern. Renee enjoys boating, swimming, hiking, traveling, camping, fishing, landscaping, biking, spending time at their 10-acre cabin, and enjoying nature. Renee has had so many wonderful experiences in her life and looks forward to many more. Renee’s word for 2024 is “Enjoy life, be happy, and Seize the Day!!!”

ABWA members have provided opportunities for women to achieve their personal and professional best by championing educational opportunities through the Stephen Bufton Memorial Educational Fund (SBMEF).
